Jacob Birlingmair, MD

Dr. Jacob Birlingmair is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic spine surgeon with clinical experience in the comprehensive treatment of spinal disorders from the neck through the lower back.

Dr. Birlingmair treats a range of spine-related conditions, including spinal injuries, adult spinal deformity, fractures, degenerative disease, disc herniations, and spinal stenosis. His primary goal is to educate patients and provide them with a full understanding of their diagnosis, including the non-operative and operative treatments for the management of their specific spinal condition. He believes that the relationship between a physician and a patient is paramount and remains a critical aspect in the combined effort toward accomplishing the desired outcome. His specialties include spinal fusions of the back and neck, discectomy, laminoplasty, laminectomy, minimally invasive procedures, and robotic-assisted spine surgery.
