We continue to have the only commercially available highest-level and clinically compatible 3.0 Tesla (3T) MRI in Wichita.
Conventional MRI scanners, such as the 1.5 Tesla, offer less detail and contrast compared to the 3T, which makes it possible to achieve twice the field strength and substantially increases imaging resolution – often the difference necessary to highlight subtle abnormalities.
Patients are surprised to learn that most insurance companies reimburse the same amount for a 3T MRI scan and without the need for preauthorization.
To complement our MRI services, we offer a multi-detector computerized tomographic (CT) system that can produce a full spectrum of CT applications.
